We offer a 10% referral fee for all brokers on office deals from 3-24 months. We will work closely with your clients and refer them back to you when their needs change in the future. All of our modern locations offer various office designs with quality furnishings loaded with standard amenities, including direct fiber internet, VOIP telephones, SMART TECHNOLOGY meeting rooms, free coffee, and co-working suites. With all this at an affordable cost, it’s an easy sell.
